FGCU Hockey News podcasts are for you.
What is a
Podcast?
Podcasts are MP3 audio files that can be downloaded onto your computer.
Once there, you load the podcast onto your iPod, or other MP3 player.
Then sit back and listen to at your convenience... when you want and where
you want. With Apple iTunes® software this process is easy. Now all
you need is something to listen to.
FGCU Hockey
News Podcast
Since July FGCU Hockey has published MP3 files of a new audio show called
the FGCU Hockey News. The FGCU Hockey News provides 15-30 minute audio
programs that contain FGCU Hockey news, team information, and in the fall
game recaps. The FGCU Hockey News is a free subscription service and is
published on a weekly basis.
How To Find
The FGCU Hockey News Podcast
Whether you have a Mac or Windows based computer you can catch and listen
to podcasts like the FGCU Hockey News. The software that really makes
this simple is iTunes® from Apple Computer. iTunes can be downloaded
for free from the Apple website and can be used on either a Windows based
computer or a Mac.

Once you download
and install iTunes on your computer open the iTunes program and find the
"Podcasts" link. Click on it.

in the podcast section of iTunes you will want to find the search tool.
The search tool will be found in the left hand column of the page and
look like the image below. Type in the keyword hockey into the
search box
Your
search will result in a listing of podcasts that feature hockey as a topic.
You will find the FGCU Hockey News listed.

During Jeff's first season in the broadcast booth, he brought the game to
life for fans all over the country. Jeff's passion for FGCU Hockey has not
gone unnoticed and we are proud to welcome him back for next
season.

Once you have located the FGCU Hockey News podcast in iTunes® you
can listen to a show on your computer or download it for use on your MP3
